Shipping Information

We only ship to Canada, and all shipping is free (or included in the price you see). We believe this makes for the easiest online shopping experience, with no surprises at checkout.

Some exceptions may apply on a per product basis, and you should review the "Shipping Information" section on the product page of each item you are interested in purchasing. For example, certain products may not ship to the Territories.

Additionally, some of our products now ship from Michigan (USA). You will not be responsible for any additional duties or taxes on these items.

When shipping to some very remote locations, we reserve the right to either cancel or add a surcharge (at your discretion). You will be contacted should this situation arise.
