Pre-order Information and Policies

We accept pre-orders/backorders on some items that are not currently in stock. If a product is available for pre-order it will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with an approximate shipment date.

Why pre-order?

Pre-ordering is a great way to secure a high demand product. Some products sell out very quickly, and can even sell out during pre-orders. For some products we also offer discounts or other freebies to those that pre-order.

When do pre-orders get shipped?

Each product will have an approximate "ship by" date stated on the product page, which is when we expect it to leave our warehouse. Delivery to you will take another 2-6 business days, depending on where you live. While we do our best to ship pre-orders by the date listed, we cannot guarentee it will be shipped out to you by that time. There are a number of factors that can cause delays, and they are almost all out of our control. In the even of a delay, you will be notified and kept up to date on your order's status.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel a pre-order any time before it has been shipped to you. If you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours you will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Can you cancel my pre-order?

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to any unforseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Should this unlikely situation arise, you will be refunded in full.
