The Mercane WideWheel Pro is the Cadillac of Electric Scooters. Its 4" wide wheels, coupled with dual suspension make for an incredibly smooth and stable ride. It can reach up to 45km/h with its 1000w motor. And new for the 2020 version is an improved battery that can now exceed 40 km on a single charge.
More Powerful Than Ever
The Mercane WideWheel has always been known as one of the go-to electric scooters for power and torque, and the 2020 version continues that trend. Thanks largely in part to its dual 500W motors, the acceleration is significantly better than that of other 1000W electric scooters. This output allows the WideWheel to climb inclines up to 40 degrees steep. Reaching a top speed of 40-45 km/h, the WideWheel is more than enough for city riders and off-roaders alike. Finally, it reaches a speed of 25 km/h in just under 3.5 seconds, and it's top speed of 40-45KM/H in just 7.5 seconds.
New Battery & Extended Range
The all new 2020 model features a 48V 15 Ah highly-efficient lithium ion battery, which is a significant step-up from the 2019 model. With 12% more capacity, it also features a new and improved controller which allows the Mercane WideWheel to reach a higher top speed (by about 2-3 km/h). Designed to last for a minimum of 500-600 charge cycles, the WideWheel 2020 battery should have a minimum lifespan of 2.5 to 3 years (assuming 4 full charges per week), and offers a range of up to 40-45 km per charge.
Dual Suspension
The WideWheel has been called "the most comfortable electric scooter in the world", largely due to its dual spring suspension. The highly responsive suspension is coupled with ultra-wide tires to make for a very comfortable and stable ride. It will easily handle city conditions - from rough curbs to potholes, the frame and suspension will absorb shock and vibration with high efficiency.
Control at Your Fingertips
The integrated LCD display features riding statistics such as speed, trip distance, remaining battery charge and voltage, along with various other riding mode and settings such as cruise control. Intuitive two-button control - forget about confusing mode switches and difficult controls. All critical information is available at a glance, putting you in complete control of your Mercane WideWheel Pro.
Dual Disc Brakes
The Mercane WideWheel Pro comes equipped with two 120mm disc brakes - one in the front and one in the rear. This dramatically reduces braking distance and improves handling while braking. Let us be very clear - we do not accept returns of used products. If you choose to return a used product with any signs of wear and tear, re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund. You will not be able to debate the decision, which will be made entirely at our discretion.
We inspect every single unit shipped out and ensure it is securely packaged prior to shipping. However, in rare occasions some units can arrive with damage. If you suspect your scooter has been damaged right out of the box, please contact us immediately at support@getmotorized.ca with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photo/video documentation to help us diagnose the problem. In most cases, we will provide you with a return label at our expense and ship you a new unit right away.

The standard 12 months of warranty covers any manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are unintended problems that arise throughout the usage of the scooter. In the case that any of the below problems arise, you will have our full support in getting the problem resolved. Should we be unable to repair the scooter affected by a manufacturing defect, the defective unit will be replaced by a brand new one. Manufacturing defects include problems with:
Frame - e.g. cracks in the frame as a result of regular usage
Accelerator - e.g. the throttle stops working
Battery - e.g. the battery does not hold charge or offers no voltage discharge
Controller - e.g. the scooter is not turning on or reacting correctly
Motor - e.g. the scooter experiences a sudden loss of power or is unable to reach top speeds
Charger - e.g. the charger is overheating or taking longer than usual to charge the battery
Please note that the warranty only covers the above problems should they occur as a result of regular usage of the scooter. Any excessive or inappropriate usage of the product resulting in the above problems will not be covered by the warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Warranty does not include two types of damage: (1) wear and tear and (2) water damage.
(1) Wear and tear is the expected damage caused by the user of the scooter throughout the course of their use of the product, for example punctured tires or worn out brake pads. These are consequences of frequent product usage, and the cost of repair (should there be any) is borne by the customer.
(2) Water damage refers to any electrical issues caused by exposure to water or wet surfaces. All Apollo Scooters are rated IP54 water resistant, which allows for use in light rain and on wet surfaces. This rating should not be mistaken for "water-proof". Electric scooters are electrically-powered products, so by their very nature exposure to water is not recommended. Any damage to the scooter as a result of prolonged water exposure will be repaired at the expense of the customer.
