Description
iOS: Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Android: Requires Andriod 4.4 or later. Please Note: we cannot guarantee it will work with your device. If you order a Bluetooth dongle and it does not work with your device you can send the dongle back for a refund, or exchange for a smart display.
To use this device, your vector controller must be version 5.3.1 or later. If your controller is Magic Pie 4 or before v5.3.1, you can upgrade the controller to have Bluetooth.
Golden Motor is most widely known for their E-Bike hub motors, particularly the "Magic Pie" series. They also offer a full range of products, including motors, controllers and battery packs.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not issued for this product. If unused and in original packaging, it can be returned within 10 days for store credit. Shipping will be at your cost. Please use the postal system to return items. Not UPS, FedEx or any other shipping service. Items must be shipped back - we do not accept drop-offs.
There will also be a 10 percent restocking fee if the product and packaging is in perfect condition. In some case we may accept used product back but a 25-50 percent restocking fee applies depending on the condition of the product and packaging. as we will have to resell it as used.
You should expect to receive your credit within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 4 business days).
If you receive a product damaged it must be reported immediately.
If there is any damage to the box please take pictures before you open it and report the damages to the courier immediately before you receive it. Our items usually get shipped by Canada post and if anything comes damaged take pictures before you receive it or if you are not home, please have whoever is home just refuse it. Have them tell the courier to send it back to your local post office so the correct person can pick it up. They have no problem with this if you tell them. You can then go and pick it up later. Please take pictures of the damages and the label while it is on the counter at the post office before receiving it. If there are damages all our shipments are insured and you may need to prove the box was damaged. Even if the box is damaged you must still accept it before they send it back. Usually within 5 days. Any claim of damage will be ignored. They will charge us for shipping it back to us and then back to you again.
Please also keep in mind our shipments are packed very well and the boxes can be incredibly beaten up and the product still arrives fine.

Warranty
12 MONTH WARRANTY
This product comes with a full one year warranty for non commercial use. Our warranty is with the original purchaser of the products from our website. The warranty is non transferable. If you have an issue with a product you must first contact us, then we can attempt to trouble shoot the problem. We may ask you to do several tests to try to determine the problem. We may at our discretion send you parts for you to repair your item. If we feel repairs by the customer are not possible you will have to ship the item back to us at your expense. Once we receive and examine the returned product and decide the issue is not due to negligence of the customer, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you. If we decide the product has failed due to negligence of the customer then we will estimate the repair or replacement cost and bill you for that cost and the cost of return shipping back to you. Once this is paid we will perform the repair or replacement and ship it back to you. If you decide you do not want to proceed with the repair or replacement you can pay the shipping to have it returned to you or it will simply be discarded or destroyed.
This warranty does not cover or warranty damage to the unit caused by:
1. Defects, malfunction, or failures resulting from abuse, misuse, modifications, alterations, improper storage, use of unauthorized attachments including failure to provide or perform required maintenance services. Preventive maintenance is the warranty holder's responsibility.
2. Damage caused by dirt or corrosion in all of this forms, including, but not restricted to rust, salt water, varnish and moisture.
3. Failure to follow the setup, pre-delivery service, and adjustments.
4. Damage caused by pressure, or steam cleaning of the product.
5. General wear and tear.
6. Damage caused during any form of racing, commercial use, crash damage included but not limited to fork or F.T.C damage or any use deemed improper by us, acting reasonably.
Our sole obligation under this warranty is to replace or repair, at it's option, any part found to be defective. Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty are warrantied only for the balance of the warranty period. All defective parts replaced under warranty become our property. For warranty repairs, you must at your expense, arrange shipment for sending your product back. If the product has failed, and judged by us that the failure is not the fault of the consumer, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back at our expense. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or otherwise, is specifically denied. Some states do not allow how long an applied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have specific legal rights that vary state to state or province to province.
